Terms of Delivery Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and offer a 10 day customer satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns under the following circumstances: Product is unused, clean and not damaged (unless damaged during delivery) Must have original packaging and materials Unless the product shipped was different then the one ordered, or you received a damaged order, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Stork Medical will not charge a restock fee for items returned to us within 10 days upon receipt of product. Products returned to us after 10 days upon receipt will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. (Additional fees may apply). Stork Medical cannot accept a return on any item after 15 days of the original purchase date. If Stork Medical shipped a product under a Free Shipping promotion we will deduct the actual cost of shipping to you, even though the item/s were originally shipped at our expense. All items must be returned in the original undamaged box with all warranty cards and materials still in the original box. Any product incorrectly returned to Stork Medical without an RA number will not be accepted and will not be eligible for credit. Defective Merchandise In the unlikely event that one of our products is defective or inoperable during the products warranty term; Stork Medical will either fix the product or provide a replacement product at no additional charge. All warranties are void if the product has been tampered with, customized, dropped, or misused by the customer. Shipping Stork Medical ships via the Federal Express Service, which delivers shipments anywhere in the United States usually within 2-5 days at low rates. Shipping is free for all diagnostic machine and supply orders placed over the internet via our online store, phone, and fax. For very large or heavy/bulk orders, a slight adjustment may be made to the shipping fees. Customers are notified of the adjustment prior to it being made. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments are available at an additional charge. If this option is desired, you must contact us prior to purchasing any products.
